We have implemented an organizational model that reflects the concepts of Lean Manufacturing (Lean Production System): this means short specialized production lines combined with direct intervention and high visibility. In this way our Customer becomes part of our production processand our production area becomes an extension of Customer’s company.
Great care is taken with regard to the handling of the components. Organizing short production processes – lean production – limits superfluous movements that do not add value to the finished product, but notch up its cost. Our machines, even the pallets, have been designed and built so that the material and the surfaces will not be damaged during the necessary handling operations.
Packing is an integral part of the production cycle and it carried out according to the Customer’s request. Particular care goes to the type of packaging, which must guarantee the integrity of the product during shipping and meet the costs quoted.
