Hydroforming AISI 304, AISI 309, AISI 316 stainless steel and aluminum pipes perfectly met all requirements, guaranteeing outstanding quality in all respects, process flexibility and very low equipment costs. Our customer is very happy with the final product, which results in a much lighter exhaust system assembly. Moreover, due to the complex geometry of the final product, manufacturing a one-piece, hydroformed unit means reducing the number, complexity and cost of operations compared to traditional techniques. Hydroforming is also perfectly suitable for the production of a variety of car intake and exhaust systems, especially for premium, motorsport and commercial vehicles.
